All these steps can be performed via email.

1. We send you some basic questions to answer that gives us an idea of what you want. (Somewhere in this process we buy the Domain name. Don't worry. It's easy and even kinda fun to see the first tangible evidence of your very own web site).
2. Based on your response to the questions, we suggest a design approach.
3. Upon your approval, we send you a another detailed list of questions to answer. These questions will make you glad you're not doing your own web site. You just tell us the answers & we take care of the picky gazillion details that need to happen to make your web site great.
4. From your answers, we develop a mock-up of the site design (no large blocks of text yet, just headings & directions) which we post on the Internet so you can take a look at it. This is a red-letter day! You see the first example of your web site!
5. You moan/applaud/comment/suggest until the basic idea is achieved, layout and function-wise.
6. Now you submit text content. We do all the formatting to make your words look great. When you like it, have your aunt and best friend at work check it out for ease of use, your spelling, etc.
7. We post the site and go into maintenance mode. This means you tell us what you want changed to what, and we do it fast!
